- Criticality calculation
- Interaction between two or more moving particles, for example simulation for particle collider experiments, and recombination of cations and electron.
- Effect of electric fields generated by radiation, for example laser acceleration of particles and plasma
- Electron-induced nuclear reactions
- Synchrotron radiation
- Nuclear elastic scattering of charged particles, except for protons and ions
- Charge exchange interactions [#physics_charge_exchange]_
- Polarization effect [#physics_polarization]_
- Chemical reactions of materials but liquid water（e.g. Transport and generation of radicals）
- Change of chemical and material profiles after irradiation, for example time evolution of defects
- Delay of delayed neutrons (delayed neutrons are emitted promptly)
